The Charismatic Movement has Produced Thousands of Unknown Heroes

SALTILLO, COAHUILA - The charismatic movement has produced thousands of unknown heroes, men and women who do not get noticed by TBN, 700 club, Carisma magazine and other media outlets. These unknown heroes do not seek the spot light or the acknowledgement of men for the work they do. They simply pray, obey and go about the Father’s business.
These heroes are fulfilling the great commission to "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature." It is a burning passion produced by the Holy Spirit that makes these heroes often times misunderstood. Their commitment and dedication to win souls, heal the sick, minister deliverance, start churches and go into hostile territory makes them misfits when brought into "normal" Christianity.
For me, it was being exposed to the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International that impacted my life. As a teenager in the early 70´s, attending a monthly breakfast where I heard testimonies of business men who were filled with the Holy Spirit sharing about how a living Christ did miracles, signs and wonders through the power of the Holy Spirit. I saw in these meetings what was absent in my local church, the move of the Holy Spirit.
These were not professional clergy ministering, just ordinary men who were consumed with this fire. I saw that God was interested in using "normal" people who were saved and filled with the Spirit to minister life and God’s love to a needy world. Their favorite scripture verses transformed my way of thinking and offered me hope to be also used by God as well. John 14:12, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that beleiveth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my father." And Acts 1:8 "But you shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and you shall be witnesses unto me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth."
I saw legs grow out, backs healed, cancer disappear, and people speak with tongues and lives changed by the power of the Holy Spirit. I saw the resurrected Christ working through plumbers, electricians, doctors, lumber jacks, people just like me. I saw that I was a candidate to be used also by God to take the Gospel to the world.
It was this foundation of the F.G.B.M.F.I that gave me my vision and calling in life to take the Power of Christ to the nations in a simple and non-religious way. In 1976 I started to minister in Mexico as a missionary and to date continue to minister the power of the Gospel to the nations. There are hundreds of people just like me spread throughout the world who have been led by the Holy Spirit to establish HIs Kingdom. People whose names will never be known to most but are serving God in obedience to His will.
In December of 2012, Evangelist Eric Cowley organized an effort to "Win a Nation in a Day". I was invited to be a part of this unique effort along with other evangelists to win the nation of Gabon, Africa. With one evangelist preaching in each of the nine provinces of Gabon, in five days over 432,000 people were won to Christ. Thirty percent of the nation came to Christ.
In September of 2013 and effort was made in Monclova, Coahuila Mexico to win a city for Christ. In three days hundreds of people were born again, healed, delivered and filled with the Holy Spirit. These events did not get the spot light of the Christian media. There are literally thousands of Missionaries and Ministries who are behind the scenes bringing in the Harvest of Souls as a result of the impact of the Charismatic movement.
Gods will is for everyone to be saved and see the power of the Kingdom. He is accomplishing this task through the efforts of unknown heroes who are taking the Risen Christ into the world. The Holy Spirit still works in the hearts of man to accomplish His will in the earth! Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, today and forever!! He still uses simple, ordinary people to impact lives, cities and nations!
